Which models are eligible for the program?
Currently, only new Model 3 and Model Y vehicles (custom orders or new inventory) qualify for buyer benefits. Certified pre-owned vehicles, Model S, and Model X are excluded.
Can I add a referral link after placing my order?
No. Referral links cannot be applied or credited retroactively after an order has been placed.
Can Tesla credits be used for subscriptions like Premium Connectivity?
No. Credits cannot be used for subscriptions (e.g., Premium Connectivity), alcohol purchases, nor can they be transferred or redeemed for cash.
When do credits and benefits expire?
Buyer and referrer perks expire 12 months from the date they are granted. Granting additional Supercharger credits can extend the expiration date of all active Supercharger credits up to a maximum of 36 months.
Is there a limit on how many rewards I can earn?
Yes. Buyer benefits: 1 time (first purchase only). Referrer benefits: up to 10 times per calendar year. Loyalty benefits: up to 10 times over the lifetime of your account.
